Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Interventionalisten und der Assistenz.
In light of the increasing importance of vascular emergency techniques in both civilian and military contexts, this basic course offers a practice-oriented introduction to vascular trauma for trauma surgeons and other operative disciplines. The course focuses on the acquisition of essential vascular surgical techniques that are indispensable for emergency treatment in cases of injuries and intraoperative complications. Taught by experienced instructors, the courses provide personalized guidance, CME accreditation (22 points), and a certificate upon completion.
This course provides vascular surgery trainees and junior consultants with hands-on training in lower limb vascular and nerve anatomy, from the groin to the foot, under expert guidance. Participants practice open surgical access, anastomoses, and straightforward distal bypass surgery. The program covers topographical and surgical anatomy, basic and advanced open techniques, and innovations.
This course aims at teaching young vascular surgery trainees or surgeons in the strategies of access planning and in the concepts of vascular access creation. Participants will learn -in teams of two – to perform various arterio-venous fistulas (AVF) in the forearm and upper arm and to place arterio-venous grafts (AVG) in a safe manner. Experts assist you in improving your technical skills and share their knowledge and experience with you.
This specific and unique vascular course aims at improving knowledge of anatomical access to the thoracic and thoracoabdominal aorta and supra-aortic vessels including sternotomy and first rib resection. Numerous vascular reconstruction procedures on supraaortic vessels can be performed. Open descending aorta and thoracoabdominal aortic repair is practiced. The course enables anatomic dissections and practice on fresh cadavers, with the contribution of experts in this field of complex vascular surgery. The thoracic course is designated for Advanced Vascular and Cardiac Surgeons.
In light of the increasing importance of vascular emergency techniques in both civilian and military contexts, this master course offers a practice-oriented deepening of vascular trauma training for trauma surgeons and other operative disciplines. The course focuses on advanced vascular surgical techniques that are indispensable for emergency treatment of complex injuries and intraoperative complications. Taught by experienced instructors, the courses provide personalized guidance, CME accreditation (22 points), and a certificate upon completion.e
